The Board members serve on a voluntary basis. The Board provides governance and strategic leadership. As required by North Carolina public charter school law, the Board establishes school policies, oversees financial accountability, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and upholds the schools mission and vision. The Board is committed to promoting academic excellence, responsible stewardship, and long-term success of our students, families, and community.
