Make sure that what you report is accurate, and not simply hearsay. Hearsay is a rumor, often gossip that is passed around by word of mouth. To be accurate, you must have witnessed the event(s) or have been told about them either from the actual person being bullied or from the bully.

 

 

 Bullying is defined as acts of aggression that can be verbal, physical, social, sexual that are intentional, have an imbalance of power and are repeated or have the propensity to be repeated.

Bullying can include: acts intended to exclude a person from making or keeping friends, humiliation, intimidation, alliance building, shunning, harassing messages, name calling, teasing, hitting, kicking, tripping on purpose, etc.
